The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, assisting clients, handling walk-ins, following up on call leads, and performing various ad hoc tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Handling walk-in clients, assigning visiting authorities or counselors and resolving customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Managing and responding to phone, email, and postal inquiries in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Deliver courteous and efficient service to the visitors<\/li>\n<li>Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on call leads and inquiries, provide information, and assist potential clients in scheduling appointments or consultations<\/li>\n<li>Assist to purchase and manage the office essentials, stationery, and pantry items<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members<\/li>\n<li>Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Bachelor degree required<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and management<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
