JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Purpose of role <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Business Development Co-Ordinator (BDC) formulate and execute a strategic business plan of international student recruitment from international market (Vietnam) Additionally, BDC will make suggestions to the admission team to best cater services to international students.<\/p>\n

Primary responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A. Strategic Orientation<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Assist the formulation and execution of business policies on behalf of EEVS and its subsidiaries.
\n\u25aa Plan recruitment of students to partner institutions and add up new clients and partner institutions.
\n\u25aa Initiate, coordinate and\/or contribute to admission projects, reviews and process improvement activities.
\n\u25aa Coordinate the formulation and execution of customer centric high-performance work culture in order to attain high level of stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n

B. Operation and administrative Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Provide consultation to existing, prospective, and walk in clients and \u2018close the sale\u2019.
\n\u25aa Prepare and monitor the student’s application and maintain the student\u2019s application record.
\n\u25aa Ensure the regular data entry (student record) in the system (CRM) and verify the data for quality conversion of lead.
\n\u25aa Coordinate the managing day to day business communication with partner institutions (universities, colleges, insurance providers, etc.)
\n\u25aa Liable to maintain the integrity of client\u2019s data and student admission record.
\n\u25aa Provide enrolment and visa services to the client and record and manage the client\u2019s data.
\n\u25aa Participating weekly meetings in EEVS, taking minutes and disseminate to relevant team members as required<\/p>\n

C. Public Relation and Business Development <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Represent organisation to business seminars and promotional events.
\n\u25aa Conduct market research and assess and identify prospective business domains.
\n\u25aa Plan and manage client retention as well as business optimisation;
\n\u25aa Manage and convert business leads form social media, CRM, and other digital mediums.
\n\u25aa Ensure superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

D. Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Monitor, evaluate and supervise and team
\n\u25aa Contribute to develop performance management plan, identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
\n\u25aa Plan training to overcome the limitation(s) of team member(s)<\/p>\n

E. Business Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Responsible to retrieve respective business statistics, develop report with analysis and recommendations, and communicate to senior management or board of directors<\/p>\n

Ad-hoc responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for performing per the business requirement and\/or directed by executive director or board of
\nmanagement.<\/p>\n

Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Bachelor\u2019s degree and\/or professional certification on education consultation<\/p>\n

Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa 3 years of experience in consulting service (within Academic institution or international education consulting firm)
\n\u25aa Experience in policy formulation and education regarding business development and administration works
\n\u25aa Demonstrable experience selection of students with international qualifications that fits for enrolment in Australian academic institutions.
\n\u25aa Experience in allocation and management of resources, management of work allocation and team performance.<\/p>\n

Knowledge <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Legislative environment of international education and education consultancy business in Australia
\n\u25aa Up to date knowledge of the ESOS Act and National Code of Practice
\n\u25aa Student enrolment and visa and migration application policy and procedures<\/p>\n

Skills & competencies <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Customer service and liaison skills
\n\u25aa Communication – interpersonal and corporate communication, and
\n\u25aa Public relation skills, ability to interact, influence and negotiation skills
\n\u25aa Pragmatic tech skills \u2013 Advance MS office, Email, CRM software, and quick adaptation to modern technology
\n\u25aa Administrative, and team skills,<\/p>\n
