About

I am a specialist in Australia's international education sector and migration law, with client education and visa counselling experience dating back to 2005. My career spans major organisations and independent practice – starting in Shanghai, China, then operating my own practice for more than a decade, before moving to Brisbane to work with a leading global education organisation. Today, clients can meet me at Expert offices throughout Queensland, with my practice primarily servicing Gold Coast-based clients.
I have personally finalised 6,000+ client matters across 25+ nationalities, developing strong judgement on risk, evidence, and end-to-end strategy across a wide range of visa pathways. I am frequently engaged on high-complexity cases, including Public Interest Criterion (PIC) health and character issues, visa condition non-compliance, and other high refusal-risk scenarios. I am known for clear, persuasive, and practical submissions that meet legal requirements while reflecting each client's circumstances.
I currently focus on employer-sponsored visas and provide end-to-end case strategy and drafting support for multiple Queensland offices.
