NOC – The Consent Letter that grants you the permission to study abroad as a Nepalese student

A ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC), also known as a No Objection Letter, is the consent issued by the Ministry of Education. The NOC states that the Ministry of Education approves of you studying abroad. You can apply to study abroad after you are granted the NOC.

Why do international students require a NOC?

The NOC is a compulsory requirement for international students planning to study abroad. Apart from that, the letter also helps you make payments to the university to which you are applying for admission. Your bank from where you make the payment will require that you provide the NOC.
