Official Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to all individuals currently residing in Nepal.

2. Contest Period

• The contest will be active during the Nepal Premier League, commencing on 17th November 2025 and concluding on 13th December 2025.

3. How to Participate

• Participant Information: Participants must consistently use the exact same Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Address for all submissions throughout the contest. Any discrepancies may result in the forfeiture or cancellation of points.
• Submission Deadline: Predictions for any given match must be submitted prior to that match’s official start time. Submissions received after the cutoff time will be ineligible.
• Entry Limits: Only one (1) prediction entry per participant is permitted for each match. Duplicate or late submissions will be disqualified.

4. Scoring and Winner Selection

• Scoring System: Points will be awarded based on prediction accuracy as follows:
• ✅ Correct Prediction: +2 points
• ❌ Incorrect Prediction: 0 points
• Daily Totals: On days with multiple matches, points will be cumulative. For example, two correct predictions on the same day will earn a total of five (2+2=5) points.
• Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie in the final standings, the winner will be determined via a random prize draw from among the tied participants.

5. Leaderboard 

• Participant scores will be updated daily and displayed on the #ExpertPredictorBoard. Scores will be aggregated for participants who maintain consistent credentials as outlined in Section 3.

6. Prizes

• Prizes will be awarded as officially announced for the contest. All prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

7. Winner Notification

• Announcement: The official contest winner will be announced on 14th December 2025, via our official social media channels.
• Notification: The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided upon entry.
• Response Time: If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) working days of notification, the prize may be forfeited.

8. Privacy Policy

• By entering this contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying winners. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s explicit consent.
