I am Ernawati Tjung, a hospitality and business professional with over ten years of experience managing restaurants and leading teams of more than 30 staff members. I hold a Bachelor of Business specializing in hospitality and a Master of Professional Accounting, which gives me a strong foundation in both operational management and financial expertise.

For the past three years, I have been working as an Education Consultant and Visa Case Officer, helping students navigate their academic pathways and international visa processes. I am passionate about mentoring others, delivering excellent service, and combining practical experience with professional knowledge to achieve tangible results.
