Regional Employer Sponsored Visa – Subclass 494
Regional employers are permitted to sponsor internationally skilled labourers through one of any three specific streams when they are unable to source skilled Australian workers.
Partner Visa (apply overseas) – Subclass 309 and 100
As an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, you may apply for a temporary visa (Subclass 309) for your partner until the migrant permanent visa (Subclass 100) is decided for your partner.
Partner Visa (apply in Australia) – Subclass 820 and 801
This visa allows an Australian citizen’s partner or spouse, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
Parent Visa – Subclass 103
A parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen is allowed to permanently move to Australia.
Child Visa – Subclass 101
A child outside Australia is permitted to permanently move to Australia to live with their parents.
Temporary Graduate Visa – Subclass 485
The post study work visa – subclass 485 allows you to stay in Australia for between two to four years after you’ve completed your studies
Employer Nomination Visa – Subclass 186
Skilled workers are nominated by their employers through one of any three specific streams – to live and work in Australia.
